Scheduling & Deposits
Blue Ridge Build Co. schedules projects based on availability and reserves your place on our schedule after we receive any required deposit and all completed contract documents.
Although we provide estimated start and completion dates in good faith, weather, permitting, inspections, material lead times, subcontractor availability, unforeseen site conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect the project schedule.
Payments
Payment schedules are outlined within each individual construction agreement.
Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in delays, suspension of work, additional fees permitted by law, or other remedies available under the contract.
Accepted payment methods may vary depending on the project.
Change Orders
Any modification to the original scope of work, including material selections, layout changes, additional work, or customer-requested revisions, must be documented through a written Change Order.
Additional work may affect project pricing, scheduling, and completion dates. No change shall become part of the project until approved by both parties.
Materials
Material colors, textures, grain patterns, dye lots, and natural variations may differ slightly from samples, photographs, or showroom displays.
Blue Ridge Build Co. is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, supplier shortages, discontinued products, or circumstances outside of our control.
Whenever possible, substitute materials of equal quality may be recommended when original selections become unavailable.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided only as specifically outlined within the executed construction agreement.
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the individual manufacturer and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, normal wear, acts of nature, or work performed by others is not covered unless otherwise stated.
